Form Content: Titles, descriptions, questions, answer options, settings, and other content you create on the Service.

Response Data: Answers submitted by respondents through forms you publish.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, interactions, and performance metrics to improve the Service.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.

• Provide the Service: Operate, maintain, and improve kakak.ai form.
• Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity.

• Analytics: Understand usage for feature development and UX improvement.

We do not use your form content or responses to train AI models.

• The AI Generator only processes descriptions you consciously provide to generate form structures.
• Form response data is never sent to AI providers for model training.
• The AI Analysis feature processes response data anonymously to provide statistical insights — data is not used to train models.
• This is NOT the same as AI model training. Your content remains associated with your account and is not used to improve underlying AI models.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, and infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
• kakak.ai Platform: Account and authentication data is shared within the kakak.ai ecosystem via Supabase Auth.
• Legal Obligations: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We use:

• Essential Cookies: For authentication and security (cannot be disabled).
• Google Analytics: To understand Service usage. Data is anonymized.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement:

• Strict access controls and regular security audits

Data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your data at any time through the dashboard. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.
