kakak.ai form is a product within the kakak.ai ecosystem. By using kakak.ai form, you are also subject to the
kakak.ai Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the more specific terms for kakak.ai form shall apply to your use of this Service.

4. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced through the Site or other communications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
5. Who May Use the Service?
Minimum Age:
- Indonesian users: at least 16 years old.
- International users: at least 13 years old (or age of consent in your jurisdiction).
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
6. User Content and AI
You own the content you create on kakak.ai form (forms, questions, responses).
AI and Your Data:
- We do not use your form content or responses to train AI models.
- The AI Generator only processes descriptions you consciously provide to generate form structures.
- Form response data is never sent to third-party AI providers for model training.
- AI-generated content is supplemental — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying results before publishing.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited content through forms
- Collect personal data without consent
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Disrupt, damage, or overload Service infrastructure
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
8. Intellectual Property
kakak.ai form and its original materials (excluding user content) are owned by kakak.ai and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. kakak.ai trademarks and visual identity may not be used without written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty. kakak.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.
